1. Child must be 3 years of age on September 1st.

2. Child must be fully potty trained. (**must be free of pull-ups      and training pants to attend)

3. Child must have First Nation, Métis, or Inuit ancestry.

4. Child (Parent / Caregiver) must have a working telephone        number.

5. Priority is given to children 4 years old and heading to              Kindergarten.
