a. Child must be 3 years of age.

b. Child must be fully potty trained.

c. Child must have First Nation, Metis or Inuit ancestry.

d. Child (Parent/Caregiver) must have a working telephone number.

e. Priority is given to children 4 years old and heading to Kindergarten.
